Wow it sure has been a long time. I guess that's what happens when your main computer goes down. Well a lot has happened. I will try to remeber it all.

The year of 2010 was a big year.

We will start with Sebastian. He is now 11yrs old. He is really into football. At the beginning of May we took Sebastian to Regina for a kicking camp with Luca Congi of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He had a great time and did very well. He was also the youngest there, by about 2yrs. His football season started in June and then had the month of July off (FootballAlberta's decision for all minor football). We started our regular season games mid August and continued til the middle of October. The Peewee Cougars were 2-5 in the regular season but went on to win the Teir IV City Championship. It was a nerve racking game. Final score 22-20. It came down to Seb's kicking foot and our defence. After the Cities the team went onto semi provincial finals, which they won 56-0 against the Wainright Guard Dogs. This took them to the Provincial Finals on Nov 20th. The Peewee Cougars smashed the Strathmore Spartans 50-0 to win the Championship. It was a little bit of a let down as the oppisition didn't put up much of a fight. The team will be going before Spruce Grove City Council on Feb 14th of this year to be recongized for thier acheivements.

Next we have Jasmine. She is now 9yrs old. She has been enjoying dance class. March thru June was Festivals and Recital. Jassy's jazz class did well at the festivals and Jassy is also enjoyed her new dance of Hip Hop. In Sept, she went back to both dances. Both of her jazz and hip hop calsses are going to be doing the festivals again this year.

Amanda is almost 6 now and has started Kindergarten this past September. She seems to be enjoying it.

Too Much going on.

Well life certainly can get busy. I haven't blogged in I don't know how long.

Seb started football in June, (number 2)

Jassy finished dance, then school ended. We are now back in school and the kids are in Grades 3 & 5. Both are enjoying it so far. Jassy starts dance classes again this Saturday.

I've been trying to knit and sew. Have several projects on the go. One was a football helmet dishcloth which I would like to make a few more. In Silver (grey), Blue and Burgundy. Then package them for the silent auction for the football association.

Also just finished a football dishcloth. Have lots of sewing to do. I'm even making lanyards for the football team.

Quarter of a year gone already

How can we be almost a 1/4 done the year already? Its been a long time since I posted. Been just trucking along. Business has been slow but that's because of me.

Been trying to get my house organized but I seem to be losing. I need some help I think. A boot in the butt, so to speak.

Jassy has been working on her dance class routines for Festival and year end recital. Seb started his football spring camp on Sundays at the beginning of the month. I've started with a small group at church. So things are getting busier. About the only days we don't have something is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But you never know what might pop up.

We finally started doing cakes for $$. Here's the first one we did. The boy it was for is a great big Oliers fan, and he also plays hockey and his # is 13. So Dave incorporated that all together.

Primerica's 2009 Kick Off

WOW, what a great weekend this was. We headed to Calgary early Saturday morning as a team. Got there long before the Kick Off was to start as our RVP's had a meeting before hand. Well I got to sneak in and find out a few things for myself. So much coming our way that it's still hard to believe it all. It will make business so much easier.

The Kick Off was full of lots of energy and info. Getting to see so many people in one place and finding out how the industry is doing was very uplifting. While the competition has been hit hard with the economy, we are building strong.

This weekend has shown me that there is nothing holding me back but myself. I have decided that I need to get my butt moving and build my team. I need to get my next promotion before the Convention in June. I need to be at Convention. So here is to a great year ahead and a lot of self improvement also.

Where has the time gone.

Wow, its been almost a month since my last detailed post. I'm not counting the Merry Christmas post.

Well the kids had a great Christmas. They seem to have gotten everything they wanted. Sebastian was a hard one to buy for as it was just football and monster trucks related that he wanted. Jasmine was a little easier but barbies, LPS, and Polly Pocket are easy. Amanda, we didn't want to get babies for as we have lots of those.
Santa brought a Wii fit, Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii and a Leapster2 and game. Otherwise Seb got football kicking supplies from the states, Jassy got her barbies and Littlest Pet Shop. Amanda got some Dora things. All the kids got pillows, Seb a football and the girls bright pick poodle fabric ones.
One of our cats, Cupcake also enjoyed the football pillow.
I got a few things for knitting and other things.
I did get out for a little on New Years Eve. I took the kids over to a friend's house and her boys and my kids got to play til about 11pm then the youngest wanted to go home. It was a great time and visit, Thanks Christine.

So far this year I've been taking it easy. Not even sure I have set any resolutions. I've been thinking what I want to set but nothing big comes to mine. I guess if I don't set any, can't break any.

Have been using the Wii fit to work out on and have started to watch what I eat. I want to loose a few pounds (15-20lbs) and feel better.
Wanting to get more into my knitting, crocheting and get back into my cross stitching this year. So look for some posts on that. Still learning and only doing simple items. Would love to knit myself a sweater or even some socks. Big ambitions.
Well that's about it for now. Have a great month.
